Novamax Infotech Pvt Ltd (“Novamax”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Nova Navigator PA (“the App”) handles information.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: email address, name and organisation name when you create or join a PA server.
• Device information: device name, role (server/mic/speaker), zone assignments and connection status, used to route audio and display the dashboard.
• Audio content: live broadcasts, recordings, uploaded audio files, scheduled announcements and text-to-speech clips you create or upload.
• Usage data: broadcast history, schedule events, emergency events and error logs to help operate and improve the App.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information to provide the PA service, route audio to the correct devices, run schedules, display dashboards, process emergency alerts, generate usage history and support you. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. Audio and Local Network

In LAN-only mode, live audio is transmitted directly between devices on your local network and is not sent through our infrastructure. In Hybrid mode, public IP addresses may be discovered via STUN so remote devices can connect; optional TURN relays may carry encrypted media streams.

5. Data Storage

Server metadata, device records, schedules, audio library assets and broadcast history are stored in your organisation’s backend. Uploaded recordings and audio files are kept until you delete them or, for temporary recordings, until their configured expiry date. You can export or delete your data from the App where supported.

6. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share your information except as required to operate the App (for example, sending audio to the devices you authorise), with your consent, or to comply with legal obligations.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest, including encrypted connections and role-based access controls. No system is completely secure, so please protect your credentials and report suspected breaches promptly.

8. Your Choices

You can update device names, zones and roles from the dashboard. You can delete audio assets, schedules and broadcast history where the App provides those controls. To delete an account or request a data export, contact us using the details below.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will reflect the latest date at the top of the page.
