1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing or using Nova Navigator PA (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Nova Navigator PA turns supported devices into a public address system. It supports live microphone broadcast, scheduled announcements, audio library playback, multi-zone routing, emergency alerts and optional Internet relay. The App is provided by Novamax Infotech Pvt Ltd (“Novamax”, “we”, “us”).

3. License and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your internal organisational purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute or resell the App without our prior written consent.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content broadcast through the App, for complying with local laws and regulations, for obtaining any necessary consents, and for keeping administrator credentials and PINs secure.

5. Accounts and PINs

Where the App supports operator PINs or accounts, you must ensure they are used only by authorised personnel. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your credentials.

6. Internet and Network Use

LAN-only mode keeps audio on your local network. Hybrid mode may use STUN/TURN relays to reach remote devices. You are responsible for any network charges and for ensuring your use complies with your organisation’s IT and security policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or suitable for any particular purpose. Critical emergency systems should include redundant alerting methods.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novamax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
